Responsible for maintaining and expanding the database by registering new media outlets and communications professionals, including the verification of entire newsrooms to ensure comprehensive journalist coverage. Also performed updates to databases containing contacts for municipal press offices in the state of São Paulo. Databases were created and managed using Google Sheets.
Additionally contributed to the migration of content to the new portal of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). Produced and recorded “Mailing Insights” (short-form weekly videos highlighting key updates in journalists’ roles, editorial positions, and affiliated news outlets), using a smartphone and teleprompter.
